Paul Jeffreys RIBA, LEED AP BD+C
Award-winning designer with over 30 years experience in architecture, urban design and interiors, Paul brings together a blend of innovative creative design, pragmatic problem solving and a strong technical background.
His work includes commercial and residential projects with an emphasis on urban mixed-use residential development and adaptive re-use. Focused on client needs and creative solutions, he has designed a wide variety of successful award-winning projects.
Paul has worked in both the United Kingdom and United States with projects in Oregon, California and Arizona, and is adept at adjusting to different cultural, climatic, social and economic settings for projects.
Born in the UK and a registered UK architect, he studied building construction at York College, and architecture and urban design at Oxford Brookes University, and was an Associate at one of London’s leading design firms, CZWG Architects, and an Associate Principal at SERA Architects in Portland OR.
Grace Jeffreys ARB, LEED AP BD+C
Versatile designer and strategic planner with a broad experience in urban design, commercial and residential projects, large and small, and brings strong organizational skills and drive to projects. Grace has worked on projects in both the United Kingdom and the United States.
An Oregon native, Grace studied architecture at University of Oregon and Urban Design at University of Westminster, London. While in London, she worked with leading design firms such as Farrells and Shepard Robson. Grace is a registered UK Architect.
